Work in the Duty of God

Do you know, who is more empowered, the one who has renounced the world or the one

who has renounced the fruits of action? All of us come to

 live on this earth and all the material wealth possessed by us actually is the property of God. Then, is it not incorrect to renounce the material possessions? , for how can the things that are never possessed by you be renounced. Real merit lies in knowing that you are supposed to work in the duty of the supernatural ,without any attachment to the fruits of your actions.

We Need to Just Check Ourselves

You may be thinking that on one side all the management and training you ever received always emphasized on the need to be clear regarding the objectives you set and want to achieve. It is important to understand that the management concepts and ideals have their own place, but the way we approach our work, must be done as service to the people we work with, the people whom we serve and the people with whom we live. 

There are times , when we get carried away by the heat of the moment to achieve certain objectives and we act beyond the scope of our legitimate power and authority that can be justified by any means. We need to just check ourselves that we operate as if we are serving, to the best of our ability, the supernatural and those associated with our work. We must consciously ensure that we never ever behave as the proprietors of the work that we perform. 

Progress by Knowing Your Limitations, Making Efforts and Practicing Detachment

Such a thought helps us in multiple ways;- 

• First is that, it checks our anxiety under control , as we know that we have to put in our best efforts but we are not the actual doers and creators of the result , which is the domain of the super natural. 
• The second is that, it makes us more rational as human beings because of the realization that we are all humans with limitations and we can be successful only to the extent of the correct knowledge and principles practiced by us. Knowing that we are not going to produce much on our own accord but with regard to the right practices adopted by us.
• Third is that, when we detach ourselves from the ownership of results, it naturally brings out the leader in us. Because we know in our heart that we only performed certain actions but the results are produced by a bigger supernatural power , thereby adding humility to our workmanship and when we have humility we are always prepared to accept new ideas ,better practices and improved knowledge systems. Such an approach ensures that we are on the progressive track.
