Corporate Leaders

You are the CEO or Director of an organization or a business unit, you have this position because you have a proven track of delivering desired business results.If you are having a family ,you may be equally concerned about it.Similarly the society where your business unit operates, if not more , is at least equally important for you to neglect.

Take this very moment to ask your self ,what you are contributing to the society.This can be looked at in three ways

1. How well you are managing the business?, to ensure true value addition to the different stake holders of the business including the employees and the customers 
2. Are you satisfied about the example that you are setting?, by your conduct at your office, home and society, for others to follow in your footsteps
3. What are your contributions to the society?, in terms of your personal , professional and organizational perspectives

If you are content with your reply to all the three concerns, then you are leading a perfect , meaningful and fulfilling life & you are lighting the lamp of inspiration in many a hearts on a continuous basis.

In case the reply to any one or more of these areas is not making you true happy about the manner in which you are conducting yourself , you need to take the corrective action, by accessing your internal support system, before it gets too late and the fag end of the rope slips out of your hands.

If at times you may be feeling down because the other people have not acted in the desired manner and have breached the contract they had with you,then at this stage the situation can be handled better if you start early and realize that the problem is not with others but with your own actions.Where others have just reacted in the manner they  did without much thought and sensitivity.Take this challenge as an opportunity to put your best foot forward for utilizing the power of correct living for achieving happiness & bliss.   

If you feel that your conduct is observed by the people around you and they are most likely to emulate you.It is extremely critical for you to exemplify the perspective of service to others, because this will bring in order and values to the continued disturbances faced by the youth and society and this will in turn leave you happy and content. 

If you are leading a happy and fulfilled life ,it means you have enough wisdom but in case happiness is eluding you try relooking at your wisdom reservoir because wisdom comes before happiness. In case you have lost out on the balance of worldly success and inward peace there is no need to despair as happiness can again replace this pain. 

Once you begin to realize that internal harmony and mental piece are getting compromised , that is the time to keep you foot down and exercise your birth right for achieving happiness & fulfillment in your life.

If you can think in these terms as a business head, it would have long term consequences for your organization,family,society and country ,which will always make you and those related to you, proud of your self and will keep the soul of the civilized society alive.
